A local community needed a delivery marketplace linking three different kinds of users — customers ordering, merchants fulfilling, and riders delivering — each needing a completely different interface.

Next.js 16 (App Router) + Supabase (Postgres, SSR auth), with role-separated customer, merchant, rider, and admin surfaces. Leaflet maps power live order and rider tracking; Resend handles transactional email.

Role-based routing keeps each app focused; map-based tracking gives real-time delivery visibility; Playwright end-to-end tests cover the critical order flows; PayMongo handles payments.

A deployed four-audience platform — the largest system I've architected solo, spanning ordering, fulfillment, delivery, and administration.

Customers messaged the shop's Facebook page at all hours, and every order was handled by hand.

Node.js + Express with OpenAI GPT-4o-mini function calling, backed by Supabase and the Facebook Graph API, deployed on Render.

The model calls create-order and check-status tools that write and read real database rows; message-ID deduplication prevents double orders; saved profiles skip re-asking details; replies adapt to English, Filipino, or Bisaya.

A production bot running the full order flow end to end with zero manual steps, pushing status updates to customers automatically.

A music shop needed to sell online and manage stock without manual spreadsheets or endless back-and-forth messages.

Next.js 15 (App Router) + Supabase Postgres, with a product-variant inventory model, a recharts-powered admin analytics dashboard, serverless order functions, Cloudinary images, and Resend email.

Variant price and stock are aggregated from a product_variants table so storefront and admin never drift; orders are written through SECURITY DEFINER RPCs; core logic is covered by Jest tests.
